– What if I don’t like my design?
We strive to make every project meet and exceed our client needs, but we also understand how subjective design can be. In the event that you are unhappy with our output, we will happily provide up to two (2) revisions.
-What if I want to cancel my purchase?
If a cancellation is desired, we will try to assist you as much as possible. Please see below for specifics:
eDesign Clients:
100% refund available within 72 hours of purchase and prior to deliverables being received. Deliverables include but are not limited to mood boards, space planning layouts, 3D renderings, shopping lists, etc.
Face to Face Clients:
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
In order to protect the integrity of our time spent on your project, we will refund 50% of your purchase after 72 hours, and prior to any deliverables.
All sales are final once deliverables are received. Deliverables include but are not limited to mood boards, space planning layouts, 3D renderings, shopping lists, etc.
– How long will my design take?
We offer a variety of design services with a range of time frames. Concepts are generally received within 1-4 weeks, depending on the scope of work for our eDesign clients. Timeframes for local design will be confirmed within 48 hours of initial consultation.
